Pareto’s 80/20 Rule to Help You Prioritize
Pareto states that 80 percent of our effort produces only 20 percent of the value. On the other hand, 20 percent of the things we do produce 80 percent of the value!
If you have 10 things to do, two of them will provide 80 percent of your valued results. If you have 20 things to do, four of them will provide 80 percent of the value.
Try listing your tasks and then putting a check in the Lower Value or Highest Value Results to prioritize:
